About

Blitcast is brought to you by Philip Whitehall and Matthew Hitchings, who have also brought you Xiin Networks, Mario Media and Radio Nintendo in the past.

Blitcast started in September 2013 as a weekly live show on Radio Nintendo. We moved to our own dotcom as there was far too much content for us to share. We hope you enjoy the first version of the site!

PHILIP WHITEHALL – Co-founder

Established web developer and site manager having worked with dotcoms for over 9 years. He also has a thing for chiptune and disco music, as well as shiny gadgets, and most video games ever. We recommend you don’t question those.

In another world, Phil is also a business analyst, software engineer, chiptune composer, photographer, video producer and radio host. These should also not be questioned.

MATTHEW HITCHINGS – Co-founder

Established graphic designer, musician, and site manager having also worked with dotcoms for over 9 years. He spends far too much time than is healthy fiddling in Photoshop, writing electronic music, and being a generally geeky guy. Matt is also one of the few people in the world who likes both Apple and Microsoft in equal measures. Crazy, huh?

Oh, and he has a pretty awesome beard.

AUSTIN READ – Show Host

Affectionately known as the ‘DJ, 90s fanatic, and Man with the Voice’ on Radio Nintendo, Austin has found his new internet home on Blitcast. He has been a staple contributor to the team since 2011 and hasn’t stopped since. Austin’s role on Blitcast is to host Hyperlink Heroes with his best friends Greg and Stephen.

His primary tool for success is witty banter, and B movies.

GREG PHILBROOK – Show Host

STEPHEN SCOVILLE – Show Host
